Since 1996, Estime Enterprises, Inc. has provided construction services, A&E telecommunication, and quality products to a variety of clients including private corporations and government agencies. We are a skilled team of licensed professionals in the fields of engineering, plumbing, heating, construction, and management.
Founded by Dr. Lunique Estime in Lanham, Maryland, our service area extends to Washington DC, and surrounding cities. We have achieved projects of all scopes and levels including setting up telecommunication towers, installing lines and antennas, maintaining existing structures, and many other challenging projects.
Dr. Estime has strong values based on maintaining a high level of integrity, hard work, and quality service in every project the company undertakes. At Estime, our mission is to listen carefully to each client, pay attention to all details, and earn our clients' trust through excellent results.

Meet Our Team
Kenny Silber
Kenny joined Estime in 2022 as a Sales Manager. His business background includes working with TLC Laser Vision Correction Surgery Centers as a Professional Relations Consultant. There, he was responsible for the expansion of the practice while helping the optometry and ophthalmology divisions achieve a higher level of training in protocols, industry standards, and patient care.
As a graduate of the University of Maryland with a specialization in Marketing, Kenny has been able to provide essential knowledge to help Estime continue to grow. With his sales and marketing expertise, Kenny has achieved significant growth in the short time he has been with the company.
During his time off, Kenny enjoys an active family life with two teenage kids. He also plays the drums and enjoys the lively dining and entertainment scene of Maryland.
Lunique Estime
As the President and CEO of Estime Enterprises, Lunique has assembled the team and resources necessary to continue to follow the company's corporate mission. With an extensive background in business development, marketing, and sales, Lunique serves as a dedicated hands-on leader that helps the whole team achieve short and long-term goals.
Lunique has provided the company with more than 10 years of continuous growth. He has been successful at identifying and acquiring various contracts worth over $2,500,000. His focus is to lead a diverse staff that has the expertise to fulfill the numerous challenging projects we fulfill for our clients.
In addition, Lunique has managed renovation and new construction projects ranging in size from $500K to $8M for government agencies and private corporations. His dedication to quality craftsmanship and a customized approach to each project makes him a key director in the organization.
